Beta Testing Programs for Care Seekers

Beta Testing Programs for Care Seekers

It is estimated that 5-6 million people each year in the US suffer from dizziness.  Due to the complex nature of dizziness symptoms, on average it takes 5 to 7 clinical visits get a formal diagnosis.  Dizzy Care Network has an ambitious goal to get individuals with undiagnosed dizziness matched to the optimal clinician on the first visit.  Learn more about how it works.

Why do you need my feedback?

We need input from a wide range of people to make sure the process is easy to understand and complete successfully.

As a way of saying thanks for your time, we will make a $5 donation to the Vestibular Disorders Association (VeDA) for the first 100 completed surveys.

Who can participate?

Individuals 18 years or older who have experienced dizziness as a symptom of a medical condition.

**If you are currently seeking care for dizziness, please review our list of clinical resources before continuing with the beta test.  The matching functionality is not active yet and you will not get matched to a clinician**

What am I testing?

We are currently testing the initial steps of the user registration process.  It should take a total of 10-15 minutes to complete all these steps:

  1. Screening questions for serious/urgent symptoms  (1 min)
  2. Account creation  (4 min)
  3. Health Questionnaire  (5 to 10 min)

The final step would be to let us know your feedback in a very short survey so we know what what went well and what to improve.

How will my data be used?

Your information will only be used for our internal testing and feedback review.  All health data will be removed after analysis.

I’m in!  What’s next?

  1. Complete the screening questions, account registration, and health questionnaire:
  2. Once you’ve completed the health questionnaire, tell us what went well and what we can improve:

I’m not ready yet, but maybe later
