Does the system generate referrals needed for insurance?

No. Dizzy Care Network does not issue or manage medical referrals. If a patient requires a referral from their primary care provider (for insurance or continuity-of-care purposes), it is the responsibility of the matched clinician to share the Dizzy Care Network report with the patient’s primary care provider. Patients will need to provide you with their PCP’s contact information so you can forward the report. At this time, the platform does not have built-in functionality to automate this process, though we plan to add this feature in the future.

All referrals must continue to follow standard insurance rules and applicable state and federal regulations.
