What if my schedule is already full?

You are always in control of your availability on Dizzy Care Network. If your schedule is full, you can turn off external matches at any time. This means new care-seekers from the broader Dizzy Care Network matching service will not be sent to you.

Even when external matches are turned off, you can still use your direct patient intake link with your own patients. Your clinic, scheduling team, or referral partners can send patients directly to your personalized Dizzy Care Network page before their visit. When a patient completes the questionnaire through your direct registration link, you receive:

  • A structured summary of their dizziness history
  • Key symptoms and clinical details
  • Outcome measures, such as Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI)
  • Relevant information to help prepare for the evaluation

This allows you to use Dizzy Care Network as a clinical workflow tool, even when you are not accepting new external matches. It can make evaluations more efficient, improve preparation before the visit, and help ensure patients already on your schedule receive more focused care.
