Direct registrations give each clinician a unique link they can share with care-seekers who already want to connect with them. When a you use that clinician-specific link, you can complete the Dizzy Care Network questionnaire before your visit. Then, a patient report that includes helpful symptom and history information is generated and sent to your clinician. This can support better preparation, smoother scheduling, and a more informed first evaluation.
