Who has access to my health information?

All clinicians who are matched with you will see an anonymized report of your health history and symptoms. This allows them to confirm whether they are a good fit for your case. Only the clinician you choose will receive your full contact information so they can reach out to schedule an appointment.

Dizzy Care Network staff do not access your personal health data in the normal course of business. The only exception is if you report a technical problem that requires staff to review your information in order to resolve the issue. In addition, we may access anonymized data strictly to monitor performance and make improvements to our services.
