Yes. Every potential referral comes with an anonymized patient report that includes key health history, symptom clusters, and relevant background information. Clinicians have 2 business days to review this information, evaluate whether the case is appropriate for their scope of practice, and update their response if they reconsider during that time. Only after you confirm suitability will the patient be able to select you, at which point you’ll receive their full contact details.
