How does the dashboard work?

The default page is your dashboard where you will see all the patients in the various stages of progress. 

• New Referrals – Individuals who have been scientifically matched to your expertise and are awaiting your review. You can accept or decline each match based on your own clinical criteria.
• Awaiting Patient Decision – These individuals are reviewing their matched clinician options and will confirm their preferred provider shortly.
• Confirmed Matched – Congratulations! You’ve been selected as the preferred clinician. Here, you can access the care-seeker’s full contact details and summary report for follow-up.
• Survey Needed – We need to know how we’re doing so we can improve!  Please let us know how the match went here.
• My Patients – After all of the steps have been completed, you have access to the patient record for later review and followup.
