How to find my direct registration link?
Your direct link can be easily accessible in your profile. Here are the steps:
- Login to your account at my.dizzy.care/clinic
- Click the ≡ menu in the upper left and then click Profile
- Scroll down to the Patient Management section and look for the Direct Registration Links area. Once toggled on, you will see your basic and formatted links.
We also have created a help video for your convenience. It explains the entire direct registration process and shows you how to access your link. If you want to turn your personal link into a QR code, we produced a simple video explaining that process.
