Dizzy Care Network generates an EMR-Ready Plain Text Summary of the patient report for your convenience. It recaps all of the important information given in the report via simple, easy-to-read paragraphs. We include this summary to make it even easier for you to document patient information. If you would like to, you can copy the summary and then paste it into your medical system.

You will not see the EMR summary in the initial report. It only appears in the reports of patients who have been confirmed or who registered directly.
