Why isn’t my company’s certification listed?

During the registration process, clinicians are able to select certifications that are broadly available to clinicians across organizations and can be independently verified.

Internal or organization-specific training programs are not typically included because they are limited to one employer, clinic group, or private network. This helps keep clinician profiles consistent, transparent, and easier for care-seekers to understand.

Clinicians may still include relevant internal training or credentials in appropriate profile fields, such as their suffix or professional summary, when accurate.

This does not prevent a clinician from participating in Dizzy Care Network or matching with appropriate care-seekers. If a certification becomes broadly available and independently reviewable, we will review the program for including in our available options.
