How do you make sure your matches are fair and legal?

We follow federal rules that are designed to protect you. Here’s what that means:

• All qualified clinicians can join. We don’t block anyone who meets the standards to be part of our network.

• Clinicians may pay a standard fee, but it only covers the cost of running the network. It’s the same for everyone and is never based on how many patients they see.

• Your care is always your clinician’s choice. We don’t tell them how to treat you.

• We share important information with you. Before you choose a clinician, we’ll tell you:

  • How we decide which clinicians are in our network,

  • Whether clinicians pay to participate,

  • How we choose which clinicians to show you,

  • What our relationship is with those clinicians, and

  • What rules might cause a clinician to leave the network.

This way, you can be sure that your match is based on your needs—not money.
