Do you offer free trials?

Dizzy Care Network does not currently offer traditional free trials for paid plans. However, clinicians can still explore the platform in limited ways before choosing a paid plan.

Dizzy Care Network includes a free tier that is free forever. The free tier includes core features, with some limits on patient connections and advanced functionality. This allows clinicians to maintain a profile, participate in the network on a limited basis, and understand how the platform works without committing to a paid plan.  You can downgrade to a free plan at any time after your billing cycle is over.

In some cases, Dizzy Care Network may also provide ways to preview selected paid features on a limited basis. This can help clinicians, clinics, or organizations better understand whether a paid plan is the right fit before upgrading.

The free tier may include:

• A clinician profile
• Limited patient connections
• Access to core platform features
• Basic participation in the network
• The ability to upgrade later if more features or higher connection volume are needed

Paid plans are designed for clinicians, clinics, or organizations that want more patient connections, expanded tools, or additional support.
