How does billing work when I accept a patient match?
Dizzy Care Network does not collect or process patient payments on behalf of clinicians. When you accept a match, the patient becomes part of your normal intake and billing process.
You would bill for the visit the same way you normally would, based on your clinic’s policies. This may include billing the patient’s insurance, collecting copays or deductibles, accepting private pay, or using any other payment process your practice already has in place.
Dizzy Care Network is not a payer, does not submit claims, and does not determine reimbursement. Clinicians are responsible for verifying insurance coverage, obtaining any required authorizations, collecting patient payments, and managing all billing related to the clinical visit.
Any Dizzy Care Network platform or connection fees, if applicable, are separate from the payment you receive for patient care.
