Welcome to Dizzy Care Network. We help people with dizziness, vertigo, and balance concerns connect with clinicians who are equipped to evaluate and treat these symptoms. After a patient completes our online questionnaire, our technology uses their reported symptoms, location, and care needs to help identify a relevant clinician for further evaluation.
How the Match Is Generated
Patients complete a validated questionnaire about their dizziness symptoms, triggers, timing, associated symptoms, prior care, and functional impact. Our matching process uses this information, along with clinician profile data, to identify relevant care options. The goal of Dizzy Care Network is to reduce referral uncertainty and help patients reach a clinician who is appropriate for further evaluation, testing, and treatment planning.
