Dashboard Navigation
Think of the dashboard as your home base. It is the default page where you can see and access all of your patients, no matter what stage of the process they are in.

Reviewing New Referrals
You will be notified via email when a new patient is referred to you. Every referral comes with an anonymized patient report that includes key health history, symptom clusters, and relevant background information.
You will have 2 business days to review the patient report, evaluate whether the case is appropriate for your scope of practice, and update your response if you decide to reconsider during that time.
Reviewing the Confirmed Patient Report
Once a patient has selected you as their preferred clinician, you will be able to access more information in their report. You should be able to see their name and contact information as well as the EMR-Ready Plain Text Summary.
If a patient has registered with you via your direct registration link, you will also be able to see this report.
Patient’s receive your contact information once they have selected you. If they do not reach out within the next 2 business days, check in with them to schedule an appointment.
Finding the EMR-Ready Plain Text Summary
Dizzy Care Network generates an EMR-Ready Plain Text Summary of the patient report for your convenience. It recaps all of the important information given in the report via simple, easy-to-read paragraphs. We include this summary to make it even easier for you to document patient information. If you would like to, you can copy the summary and then paste it into your medical system.
You will not see the EMR summary in the initial report. It only appears in the reports of patients who have been confirmed or who registered directly.
Direct Registration
Direct registrations are different from the matching process. Each clinician has a unique link that they can share with patients who already want to connect with them. When a patient uses that clinician-specific link, they can complete the Dizzy Care Network questionnaire before their visit, giving the clinician the Patient Report which includes helpful symptom and history information earlier in the process.
This can support better preparation, smoother scheduling, and a more informed first evaluation. Watch this video to learn how to begin accepting direct registrations!
Creating Your Direct Registration QR Code
Creating a QR code out of your personal direct registration link is easy and may be beneficial. You can put your QR code anywhere you think patients would be able to scan and utilize it. For example, you can upload it to your social media, add it to flyers for your office, or share it with your emails. Any time a patient scans the code, they will be taken to your personal informational page, where they can choose to register with you.
